How long does my order take to ship?

Premade items will be shipped next business day. Custom items will depend on complexity and material availability.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Not at this time. I am a small, one woman shop just beginning to go public. Feel free to email me and we will work something out.

What is your return policy? 

We want our customers to be happy, so we will do our best to ensure that you are pleased with your order. If you receive your order and are dissatisfied with the merchandise because it is defective, the wrong size, or damaged, you may return the item(s) within 30 business days of receipt.

IMPORTANT: We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for custom items if the look turned out to be different from what you imagined when you selected the colors. On sale items are also not eligible for exchanges and refund.
